Science centre excursion
I took the day off work to help out with the excursion to the Science Centre. My group was Bronte, Will and Oscar - and we had a fantastic time. I didn't get much of a chance to talk through any of the science, but it didn't really matter. The main success is that I didn't lose anyone!

Married, old and slow
There are a lot of kids that come attached to a team name of "MOS" (married, old and slow). Below are just a small fraction. Kudos to all those little ones out there for supporting their mums and dads on the field.

The joy of Mo
Mo Williams is a bit of a favourite in the house. This one was a dual effort, with Bronte reading most of the lines, and Zach yelling instructions at appropriate points ("Get those sunglasses!").

The water boy
Friday afternoon has turned into a regular park play and wine and cheese session with the other prep parents. Just about every week Zach coming home pant-less and top-less as the tap holds far too much fascination.
Boys + girl
We ventured out to a different park for our usual Friday jaunt: this time to the fabulous Moora park at Shorncliff where we were joined by Millie. Millie was a good reminder on how good it is that Zach is up to walking!

Ekka 2013
This year we braved the post-school, post-childcare timeslot at the ekka, which also meant we got to see the light show -- AWESOME! Flying men and jumping trucks. Very cool.

A developing friendship
This is one of Zach's good friends at childcare - Milli. Despite a somewhat rocky start (Zach likes his personnel space; Milli likes to invade it), they are turning thick as thieves together.

Grandparent activities
Lego building and crystal growing with the grandparents. Both activities a tad beyond the recommended age groups (6+ and 10+ respectively)... But mission, in general, successful (crystals are growing; lego wasn't eaten).

Super bee
Actually, he also had a Lizard tail on under - so he was a princess lizard fairy bee - or something.

Hill + scooter
+ winter sun = happy boy. Hanging out at Henry's house with a new puppy, new toys, and a friend is a very fun Friday.
