A rainy day

A rare rain event required the pulling out and putting on of all all the equipment.

The boys come for visit

Normally the Friday crew of Henry, Oliver and Zach head to a park, but today the boys came over for a play and a bit of a slip and slide.

Prep swimming carnival

The best thing about the Prep Swimming Carnival? Nothing. That is -- nothing happened; no meltdowns, no refusal to participate. Just joining in and swimming. Very very proud. 

Merry at the coast

A conference down the coast meant a merry go round ride, and the kids first sleepover without us - thank you Zeta! I think it was way past due - Bronte said as we were leaving - "have you not gone yet?". We were apparently not missed whatsoever. 

Storybook day

It was storybook day at school - come dressed as your favourite book character. Bronte was Ruby Red Shoes. There was a few TinTins, a hungry caterpillar, the paper bag princess, and green sheep, but my favourite was the digger from dig dig digger. Nice work Prep G!

Wave break island

With his usual Friday gang of Henry and Oliver, we headed over to Wave Break island down the coast for a fantastic morning on the beach. Zach was a little unsure of the boat, but fully endorsed the destination.

The Prep group have worked out an excellent model for birthdays - straight after school at the local park; if there are two birthdays close together, then combine them. Works well for all.
