Treat or treating

A couple of doctors (yes, Zach is a doctor, not a hairdresser), one scary zombie, two princesses and a buzz went trick or treating around the neighbourhood. Although I was very sceptical, it was very cute to experience. Behind Bronte was my attempt at decoration - it was a ghost (you may just be able to see the eyes). It did look (slightly) better with the lamp behind it.

Discovering a new park

We spent a relaxing yet energetic morning at Colmslie Beach Reserve - a great park that was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday morning. In addition to Zach usual gang of Henry and Oliver, Zoe and Sam also came along.

We had a fantastic weekend camping up at Neerum creek with 5 families (10 adults, 9 kids). Highly, highly recommended. 

Reading

Bronte's reading has accelerated dramatically this term, and scenes such as this happen nightly. I watch this "mini-me" emerge, as she curls on the couch with her book.

Having super fun at the 10 year celebration (it was NOT a wedding) of Kate and Derek down in Melbourne. Finn and Zach have finally got their groove on together. 

Distance does not matter for these two friends.
