New Farm games

A lovely picnic at New Farm park with the school friends. Finn can keep up with the girls, Zach not quite yet, and was often left just those few moments behind.

This is Bronte's form of passive resistance to photos.

Ah - we will miss you guys sooooo much (they are heading back to Melbourne in the new year).

Henry is 1!

It seems not very long at all the Kirsten let us know the fabulous news she was expecting - and now Henry is 1! Both Bronte and Zach love Henry ("enry") and were to some extent miffed that all these other people at the party wanted to play with him.

Allenvale

We stayed at this great house 2km outside of Lorne at the start of all the bush walks. Lot of room to run around, a very good climbing tree, chickens to chase, and a log fire for night (yep - I had packed mostly swimmers but it was cold). Some interesting interactions between the cousins with Zach getting a bit left out of the older kids play, and resorting to typical brotherly behaviour. I think it will be very interesting to watch our Z & X work our their relationship over the next couple of months. But everyone did agree that they love Quinn.

Hanging with Neve

On our first day in Melbourne we got to stay with (and be utterly spoilt by) Neve and family. It was great to catch up with them all and the three kids got along instantly.

Off to Melbourne!

What have you done...

Sleeping in the trailer

The roloblox make for many wonderful pull-along toys - but are particularly useful for a trailer bed for sleeping teddies and sleeping brothers.

Not sunscreen; sudocream.

Zach has now a nappy-rash free face, after smearing bottom cream liberally over it. He was just so proud of himself. I would like to think he was thinking it was sunscreen.
